One of the much missed ladies of comedy and musical theatre is the legendary Bea Arthur and I was thrilled to attend the press night of her show in 2003 in London.. With her longtime friend and pianist Billy Goldenberg, Bea took us through her career with songs and stories from her unforgettable career.. As it was a press night I was thrilled to chat to Cilla Black, Paul O'Grady, Bruce Forsyth, Paula Wilcox and Sian Phillips.. As I was on route to Las Vegas the next day I had a copy of Cilla's then new autobiography and was thrilled to get it signed as I would miss her Dublin book signing the following weekend...
