LA CAGE STARRING FRANK MARINO .. RIVIERA LAS VEGAS .. SEPTEMBER 2003 ..

One of my favourite Las Vegas headliners is the always glamorous and equally hilarious Frank Marino, one of America's top female impersonator's and a Las Vegas legend.. I have seen this paticular show many times over the years, when it was a regular draw at the Riviera Hotel on the Strip. Frank has since left the Riviera and has his own show 'Diva's' at the Imperial Palace', which I look forward to catching at Christmas.. La Cage featured Frank as MC, where he introduced each of the fabulous female impersonators as they took the stage, everyone from Cher to Bette, Liza to Judy, Diana to Dolly.. With an endless array of sensational gowns, many by Bob Mackie, not to mention an array of witty oneliners, Frank certainly steals the show.. I can't locate a ticket for this paticular show, but as with previous posts, when I locate them will add..  La Cage did recently return to the Riviera with Jimmy Emerson as MC, but currently this version of the show is dark.. Hopefully it will reappear at some stage!
