One of only a handful of long running productions in London's West End, 'The Woman In Black' has been thrilling or should that be chilling audiences since 1989 at The Fortune Theatre.. I caught a matinee performance in 2002 and thought the show was enthralling and had it's moments of terror! With only a cast of three, which includes the titled lady, the two lead actors play a variety of characters to help the story along.. The cast has changed over the years, this run had 'Ruth Rendall Mysteries' star Christopher Ravenscroft and Sebastian Harcombe.. The show no doubt got a surge of interest due to the hit film starring Daniel Radcliffe which was released earlier in the year.. Based on Susan Hill's best seller, this play is not for the easily frightened!
