One of Broadway's most colorful characters is the always excellant Charles Busch.. I was thrilled to catch his hilarious play 'Die Mommie Die!' his homage to 50's Hollywood B Movies, with himself portraying the diva Angela Arden, a cross between Joan Crawford and Bette Davis, by way of Kathleen Turner in 'Serial Mom'.. Angela a fading movie star, with a dysfunctional son and daughter and a rotten taste in men, who are all out to bump her off!
